Delays in client communication, feedback, file submission, or approvals may affect project timelines.

All pricing is based on the selected service, project scope, manuscript length, required timeline, and level of work involved. Payment terms will be shared before the project starts.

Work may begin after the required payment, deposit, or written confirmation has been received. Additional services, urgent timelines, extra revisions, or expanded project scope may require additional charges.

We aim to deliver high-quality work that aligns with the agreed project scope. Revision terms depend on the service package selected. Revisions must relate to the original project brief. New concepts, major direction changes, or additional requests outside the approved scope may be charged separately.

Estimated timelines are shared based on the project size and service requirements. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to client feedback, additional revisions, technical issues, third-party platform requirements, or changes in project scope.

Once the project is completed and full payment has been received, the final approved content or design created specifically for the client may be transferred to the client for personal or commercial use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Blackwell & Finch may retain internal records, drafts, communication history, and project files for business and quality-control purposes.

Clients must ensure that any material, manuscript, idea, image, reference, or document provided to Blackwell & Finch does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or third-party rights.

Blackwell & Finch is not responsible for legal claims arising from client-provided content, false information, plagiarized material, or unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.

We provide professional publishing, printing, and marketing support, but we do not guarantee specific sales, reviews, rankings, media placements, bestseller status, platform approvals, or financial results. Book performance depends on several factors beyond our control, including audience demand, market trends, pricing, competition, author involvement, and promotional activity.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the stage of the project and the work already completed. Once writing, editing, design, formatting, printing preparation, or marketing work has started, partial or full refunds may not be available.

Custom creative services require time, planning, and professional effort; therefore, completed or approved work is generally non-refundable.

We respect the confidentiality of client manuscripts, book ideas, personal stories, business materials, and project details. We do not share confidential materials with unauthorized third parties. Project materials may be shared only with team members or service partners involved in completing the work.

Some services may involve third-party platforms such as publishing stores, printing providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, or marketing platforms. Blackwell & Finch is not responsible for changes, delays, rejections, fees, policies, or technical issues caused by third-party services.
